The Emerging Leaders Program is a selective mentorship and leadership development experience for undergraduate students, graduate students, and early-career professionals seeking meaningful, hands-on experience within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

More than a traditional internship, Emerging Leaders become active contributors to projects that advance mental health education, healthcare innovation, organizational growth, and community impact. Participants work alongside experienced clinicians and organizational leaders while building the professional skills, confidence, and leadership needed to make a lasting difference in their chosen fields.
