Wellness Lab

The Wellness Lab Series is designed for children and teens who want to strengthen their emotional well-being before problems become crises. Whether a child is experiencing everyday stress, navigating friendships, adjusting to school demands, or simply looking to build healthy lifelong habits, the wellness lab provides practical, evidence-based skills in a supportive group environment. This approach reflects our belief that mental wellness should be practiced proactively, not only treated when something goes wrong.

Using our signature Wellness Pizza® framework, children leave each session with strategies and tools they can use every day, and parents gain confidence that their child is building a strong foundation for long-term mental wellness.
