Note: This program is educational and skills-based and is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or crisis services.
Participants with significant behavioral, safety, or acute psychiatric concerns may be recommended for individual treatment before joining a group.
Eligibility
Age Groups
No mental health diagnosis is required; the lab is open to all youth seeking to build lifelong wellness skills
Ideal For Youth Who:
Are able to participate in a small-group setting
Experience mild to moderate challenges with stress, confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, or healthy habits
Want to improve friendships and communication
Are working on emotional regulation and healthy routines
Want to build confidence and resilience
Have a parent/guardian willing to reinforce skills at home
